Aaron Carter calls police to report harassment and burglary attempt at his St. Petersburg home

Aaron Carter has had a roller coaster of a month.

After a driving under the influence arrest in July, he's gone through a breakup, revealed he was bisexual, emotionally spoke about his health problems and performed new music.

And on Wednesday, Carter, 29, called the police to report harassment and an attempted break-in at his home in St. Petersburg.

Carter's phone was reportedly being flooded with hateful texts. When police arrived, they also found signs of an attempted burglary, according to TMZ.

However, Carter remained in good spirits on Twitter, writing a series of tweets about being optimistic and still waiting for love, ending with "And yes I'm ok."
