The possible impact of Tropical Storm Nate will not affect the kickoff for Florida State-Miami.
The Seminoles will still host No. 13 Miami at 3:30 p.m., as originally scheduled, the schools announced Thursday afternoon. There had been concern that the storm could disrupt the game.

FSU was originally scheduled to host the ‘Canes on Sept. 16, but the game was pushed back to their mutual bye week because of Hurricane Irma.
Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher has never lost to UM, and FSU has won seven in a row in the series.
Here's the official word from FSU athletic director Stan Wilcox: "After confirming plans based on the 2:30 p.m. weather update, the Florida State vs. Miami football game will kick off as scheduled at 3:30 p.m. EDT."
