Winners:

Millie Bobby Brown
This week was an 11/10 for the Stranger Things star. Never mind starring in a major Netflix hit series, Brown, 13, turned the Internet upside down when she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and rapped an entire recap of Season 1 for fans. "Let's go back to Indiana, circa 1983/ Just four boys in the basement chillin' playin' D&D," she starts off. Brown also talked to Fallon about her love for watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which got back to Khloe Kardashian. "It's a mutual love fest!! I LOVE you @milliebbrown! #Okurrrrttt this video made me smile from ear to ear BIBLE," she tweeted. And to top off a stellar week, Brown was also the youngest person named in TIME's list of the 30 most influential teens.

Selena Gomez
While the focus this week has been on Gomez's breakup with the Weeknd and her rekindled friendship with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, we can't forget that Gomez was also named Billboard's 2017 Woman of the Year. Previous honorees include Lady Gaga, her BFF Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Beyonce. But also, Selena, what is going on with Justin?

Losers

Brett Ratner
Six women, including Olivia Munn, have accused the producer and director of sexual harassment or misconduct. In an article published by the Los Angeles Times, Munn said Ratner masturbated in front of her in his trailer in 2004. Munn said she was discouraged from speaking out against a major Hollywood director early in her career. "That did leave an impact on me," Munn said. "How broken do women have to be before people listen?" Ratner, who produced The Revenant and Prison Break, denied each claim through his attorney. But Ratner isn't just denying the claims, he is suing a woman for libel after she accused him of rape.

Kevin Spacey
Following actor Anthony Rapp's sexual misconduct allegations against Kevin Spacey, more men have come forward with allegations of inappropriate behavior. Filmmaker Tony Montana said that Spacey groped him in public in 2003, and actor Roberto Cavazos said he witnessed Spacey touch young male actors at the Old Vic Theater, where Spacey served as the artistic director for 11 years. A former employee of the theater told The Guardian that the staff was aware of Spacey's behavior and "were all involved in keeping it quiet." In addition, eight sources told CNN that Spacey made the set of House of Cards, his hit Netflix series, a "toxic" environment for young men. Spacey is now seeking evaluation and treatment, according to his publicist. Spacey was also criticized for his public apology to Rapp, writing that he was drunk at the time and is  now ready to live his life as a gay man. “First problem: It is inappropriate to respond to an accusation of pedophilia by saying, “I’m gay.” Those two things are totally unrelated," said Late Night with Seth Meyers writer Jenny Hagel.

Dustin Hoffman
After Hoffman apologized to a former intern who accused him of sexual harassment back in 1985, another woman has come forward with allegations of harassment. Playwright Wendy Riss Gatsiounis told Variety the Academy Award-winning actor met with her in 1991 to talk about adapting her script into a movie. During a second meeting, Gatsiounis said Hoffman was acting "really different." "He says, 'Before you start, let me ask you one question, Wendy. Have you ever been intimate with a man over 40?"

Harvey Weinstein
After dozens of sexual harassment allegations over the past few weeks, Weinstein has now been accused of rape by actor Paz de la Huerta. She told Vanity Fair that Weinstein raped her twice in 2010. In a statement released by the NYPD, Sgt. Brendan Ryan said the department is working with the Manhattan District Attorney's office and actively investigating the complaints.
