Harbour Island Westin restyles upscale beach restaurant

Blue Harbour will offer an elevated beach food menu featuring fresh seafood items and a new spin on old school cocktails.

SOUTH TAMPA—Along with the recent renovations at The Westin Tampa Waterside hotel comes a new restaurant and bar, Blue Harbour with a sea-inspired cuisine and contemporary interpretations on old school cocktails.

The theme is everything old is new again as the restaurant replaces the casual 725 South bistro located at 725 S Harbour Island Blvd.

Blue Harbour, the name derived from the water-feel of the island, will offer a more refined, upscale and relaxing beach atmosphere.

"Very open concept, you feel the vibe as soon as you walk into our lobby," said Debbie Devito, director of sales and marketing.

"Although it’s an open-concept there still is some seating where you can have an intimate dinner or lunch."

The restaurant provides an elevated beach food menu featuring oyster po boys, lobster rolls, sea scallops, oysters on the half shell, crab cakes and, of course, burgers, sandwiches and salads.

Some of their signature items for lunch include the Chop Chop salad, Gulf Shrimp and Grapefruit salad, and for dinner their Sea Scallops and Grouper entree are customer favorites.

They operate for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. For more information contact them at (813) 229-5000.
