Poor old Johnny Ray ...
Dexy's Midnight Runners were right when they sang about broken hearts and love gone bad -- "toora loora toora loo-rye-aye..." You said it, buster!
At least I think they're depressed. Hell, they're dressed that way and all. It's not like we could make out a single word in that song.
Enough of that. This week's Stuck in the 80s podcast has you -- our fans -- contributing your own stories and songs of tragedy. And you had some beauties. Special nods to everyone who e-mailed us with your tales of woe. We chose our seven favorite and set them to the music you suggested.
And an added bonus: We have a FEMALE guest host on this week's show. You'll have to tune in to decide whether she's truly Stuck in the 80s.
Click here to download the show. Or click here to get all our shows for free via iTunes.
And as always, drop us a comment with some feedback. And now, we return to our previously scheduled Dexy song: "You in that dress ... oh, my thoughts (I confess) ... verge on the dirty!"
