She may not be Stuck in the 80s, but at least Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was a hot teenager in the '80s!

The Associated Press is overflowing today with photos from her younger days, including this shot of Sarah holding the 1980-81 Wasilla High School Girl's Cross Country Running championship trophy.

I know we try to keep politics to a minimum here, but let your mind wander to what it'd be like getting Vice President Palin on the '80s podcast.

SIT80s: So your ideal boyfriend, Jake Ryan or Lloyd Dobler?

Palin: "Actually, I'm thinking 'Johnny Rourke' from 'Reckless.' Gotta love Aidan Quinn!"

SIT80s: OK, pressure question next -- favorite Duran Duran tune?

Palin: "Oh, 'Wild Boys' for sure. It's practically the state motto in Alaska."

SIT80s: You just lost the Stuck in the '80s re-election vote, Madam Vice President.
