New Kids on the Block must die
I realize I'm alienating our critical audience base of female listeners between the age of 25 and 30 by saying this, but I think it's time to hunt down and destroy the New Kids on the Block.
However, it's with much sadness and shame that I confess that this week's Stuck in the '80s podcast is centered around the flunky boy band from the late '80s. But don't fret! We spend twice as much time making fun of them as co-host Stephanie Hayes does praising them.
Plus, more added features to get your mind off the calendar boys:
- Sean Daly professes his undying admiration for the Vegas Girlfriend (by that, I mean he totally hates her).
- Steph interviews NKOTB's Danny Wood.
- Jeff in Cuba offers his special take on boy bands.
- And we launch into a totally unrelated discussion of porn stars like Traci Lords and Amber Lynn. It's a palate cleansing moment.
I promise that this show is just as entertaining if you hate NKOTB as it would be if you loved those Boston goobers. Click here to download the show. Or click here to get all our shows for free via iTunes.
