Asia to play first-ever show in Russia
Asia will play its first-ever show in Russia this spring. The four original, reunited members of Asia have a date scheduled for March 19 in a city we presume is Moscow. (Our ability to read Russian has diminished greatly since the end of the Cold War. Plus, we only knew what they were saying in Red Dawn and Spies Like Us anyway.)
Will the antiwar tune Wildest Dreams get a special standing ovation? And let's see Steve Carell get that cool freakin' poster framed for his apartment.
RELATED NEWS: Asia guitarist Steve Howe's tour with Yes has been postposed through Feb. 24 due to emergency medical reasons. It's not known which member of Yes has fallen ill. Keep an eye on the official Yes website for details.
