The best Rick Moranis movie of all time turns out to be Ghostbusters, according to a fun Top 10 ranking on Den of Geek.

"As Louis Tully, Moranis is on top form here, in a role that was originally intended for John Candy," the blog writes. "Moranis takes it in a different direction than Candy would have done, though, taking a very nerdy approach to the character of Tully and ensuring that he'd be remembered long after the credits rolled."

Plenty of other '80s flicks made the list including (in order of highest rank):

  • Parenthood
  • Little Shop of Horrors
  • Ghostbusters 2
  • Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
  • Spaceballs
  • The Adventures Of Bob & Doug McKenzie: Strange Brew
  • Streets of Fire (one of his best underrated roles)

In case you're wondering: No, not every '80s movie Moranis appeared in made the ranking. Those left off include: The Wild Life (1984), Brewster's Millions (1985), Head Office (1985) and Club Paradise (1986).
