Bret Michaels helps Miley Cyrus take on 'Every Rose has its Thorn'
And she has the in-person help of frontman Bret Michaels. (Cue ominous music.)
According to reports, Miley is a life-long Poison fan. (All 17 years? Really?) That actually doesn't surprise us. It looks like she's picked up all her latest dance moves from watching hair-metal videos from the '80s.
It is nice to see Michaels take a break from his busy Rock of Love schedule to help out. Michaels wrote Every Rose has it Thorn after a horrific breakup with a girlfriend in the late '80s. The song hit No. 1 on the charts on Christmas Eve of 1988 and stayed there for three weeks. No word yet where or when we'll see Miley's version of the power ballad hit airwaves. (Or whether she's joining next season's cast of Michaels' VH1 dating show detailing his shameless -- ie. awesome -- pursuit of skanky women.)
