Burton Cummings wants to save your soul

As lead singer of The Guess Who, Canadian Burton Cummings has a long resume with classic rock songs like American Woman and These Eyes. In 1976, Cumming went solo and scored with Stand Tall. In 1982, he starred in the movie Melanie and also performed a song on the soundtrack called You Saved My Soul. The single reached No. 37 on the Billboard charts. Burton still performs and released his last album in 2008.  The video documents a powerful performance on An Evening at the Improv. After a few listens, I think this gem is a candidate to make Spearsy cry.
