Greetings, Program! Want a custom-built Tron light cycle?
A Tron light-cycle of my very own? That'd be the culmination of my very being. Parker Brothers Choppers in Melbourne, Fla., is selling five custom-made Tron light-cycles on Ebay. Starting price? Whoa there. Doesn't you want the specs first?
Each bike will be black (naturally!) with an accent color: red, blue, yellow, green, and orange. One bike, one color. (Please, PLEASE save me the blue bike. The red was for the villains, right?) What else?...
The wheels are 22" x12" dual hubless wheels with custom-made Hoosier tires. Accent colors are neon glowing from behind frosted plexiglass and can be turned off or on with the flip of a switch. Also, they can be driven for everyday street use. Buyers can pick between an electric and gasoline version.
Also included: A Tron-style helmet. Sadly, it's not DOT approved. Happily, there's no helmet law in Florida anyway.
Okay, you want the price. It starts at $35,000. Yeah, we're just going to buy a movie ticket instead too. For that, we still have to wait until Dec. 17.
