For hardcore '80s fans only: New Spandau Ballet concert DVD for holidays

Spandau Ballet might not be the most relevant band of the early '80s here in the United States, but their style and sound defined the New Romantic movement in England. And for a short time, they were neck-and-neck with Duran Duran as the "it" band for British new wave fans.

Tony Hadley, Gary Kemp, Martin Kemp, Steve Norman and John Keeble reformed the band in 2009 and tore through a set of sold-out concerts at London's O2 Arena. While fans here in the U.S. patiently wait for news of a tour here (not likely) and more new material (one album, Once More, was released in October), we do have one bit of good news.

Spandau Ballet: Live at the O2 is now out on DVD. Check out the trailer above. Seems the lads still know how to throw on a good show, and Tony's voice is still in top shape. Read more about it on the band's official website.
