'Highlander' villain joins forces with Guns N' Roses' Slash
What do Highlander, Guns N' Roses and horror shows have in common? Practically everything now that Clancy "The Kurgan" Brown has joined the cast of Nothing to Fear, a new feature horror film being produced by former GNR guitarist Slash.
The Hollywood Reporter reported the odd news, even identifying Brown primarily from the 1986 flick Highlander (though I'd argue he's just as good if not better in Shawshank Redemption or Starship Troopers).
"He’s in one of the movies we remember as kids that make us do what we do now," said Rob Eric, who is partnering with Slash. "He’s evil to the point that he believes he is doing good."
