Instead of filming Ghostbusters 3, Bill Murray dresses to impress in France
Bill Murray has earned the right to make or not make any film he wants, and apparently to dress any way he wants. And he proved that Thursday in France, where Murray was hobnobbing at the Cannes Film Festival.
Murray was promoting Moonrise Kingdom, Wes Anderson's film in which Murray plays the father of a young-but-wise teenager set a New England island in the summer of 1965.
"I don't really get any other work outside of Wes. I just sit by the phone," Murray told the Boston Herald.
Murray, who continues to say he won't be a part of any Ghostbusters project -- unless it's one of those times he changes his mind, has two other movies in the works for 2012: Hyde Park on the Hudson (where he plays FDR) and A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, both in post-production.
