Iron Maiden in Tampa? Here's the setlist to expect

Iron MaidenIron Maiden hasn't played Tampa Bay since I had a mustache in college. Or so I'm told. Truth is that I was never a fan until I saw their concert documentary Flight 666, and suddenly I got it. I've watched the story of their 2008 world tour about a dozen times, feasting on songs like Two Minutes to Midnight, Number of the Beast and Run to the Hills.

If you're going to the show tonight in Tampa at the St. Pete Times Forum, I have sad nights for old-school fans. Run to the Hills -- that's their best-known song, right? -- is not on the setlist. It's the only song that I actually know the words to. Actually, I only know the chorus. Try as I might, I can't discern any lyrics song by the band during live performances. So I'm skipping the show. Stuck in the '80s co-host Sean Daly will be there, and I look forward to seeing how he works in his mandatory "tuchus" references into this review.

If you don't want to know the expected setlist, quick reading now.... Otherwise, up the Irons!
