Michael Jackson's death bed up for auction

When it comes to owning a piece of Michael Jackson history, there are plenty of items that fans would clamor over. The single glove. His hat. That jacket from Billie Jean or Thriller. But his death bed? Nope. Not going to find many takers.

But sadly, profiteers are going to try anyway. TMZ says the queen-size bed that Jackson died in will go up for auction. It's just one of many items in his home that are set for auction in a Julien's Auctions event on Dec. 17.

The bed is in good shape, TMZ says, but the linens have been changed since his untimely death. (And seriously, if you wanted those, you're in sick shape.)

Also up for bid, a mirror from a private bedroom "that NO ONE was allowed to enter," TMZ says. On the mirror is a message Jackson wrote himself as he prepped for the This Is It concert tour: "TRAIN, perfection, March April. FULL OUT May."
