Monday's Lost and Found: Badfinger's 'Hold On'
In 2011, Steve & Sean devoted four podcast episodes to Rock Dino artists that were still recording in the ‘80s. This week on Lost and Found, we’ll spend the week searching for more Rock Dinos that started in the ‘60s and avoided extinction to release great songs in the ‘80s.
First up is Badfinger, a band that ruled the early ‘70s with classics like No Matter What and Day After Day. In 1981, they released their last chart single called Hold On that would peak at # 56 on the Billboard Charts. Badfinger dissolved a few years later after lead singer Tom Evans committed suicide.
