Need movie quotes? Just ask Bill Murray

I have yet another theory: If you need to find a movie with lots of great quotes, just pick up ANY Bill Murray movie from the 80s. (Heck, for that theory, throw in the 1970s and 1990s too, so that we can include Meatballs, Groundhog Day and Kingpin.)

When you're trolling the back alleys of your brains for more quotes for our Top Quotable Movie Lines of the 80s list, try to concentrate on these gems. (We all know every Murray line from Caddyshack by heart, so let's try to focus on some of his lesser-remembered work.)

Hunter_thompson WHERE THE BUFFALO ROAM (1980): "You know that one and a half of the State Senate of Utah are screwheads? You know I was never really frightened by the bopheads and the potheads with their silliness never really frightened me either, but these goddamn screwheads, they terrify me."

STRIPES (1981): "And then depression set in."

TOOTSIE (1982): "You slut."

THE RAZOR'S EDGE (1984): "This isn't the old Mister Sunshine."

SCROOGED (1988): "You've got a program featuring America's favorite old fart. Reading a book in front of a fireplace. Now, I have to kill all of you."

(1989): "Suck in the guts, guys, we're the Ghostbusters."
