New on iTunes: NOW That's What I Call '80s Hits

picture_10.pngEighty hits from the 1980s for just $39.99? Sounds like NOW That's What I Call '80s Hits could be a hit with the Stuck in the '80s gang. This album (or digital collection) just hit iTunes today.

I checked over the so-called hits and can't really argue with the picks. There's R&B from Earth Wind & Fire and Kool & the Gang. Instrumental stuff (Jan Hammer naturally). The usual Pretty-People-With-Subpar-Voices stuff (Paula Abdul, Terence Trent D'Arby, Patrick Swayze). The One-Hit Wonders (Dexy's Midnight Runners, Soft Cell, a-Ha ... heh-heh). And of course plenty of stuff from the powerhouses (Duran Duran, REO, Billy Idol, Phil Collins, Journey).

The only reason not to buy this collection? Chances are if you're an '80s fan, you already own it all already.
