Sting's summer tour includes July 3 stop at Tampa's Ford Amphitheatre



Sting Sting, accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, will embark on a world tour this summer, including a July 3 stop at Tampa's Ford Amphitheatre, LiveNation announced today.

Sting will play his biggest hits and some Police classics, re-imagined for symphonic arrangement.

Among the "re-imagined" hits expected in his setlist: Roxanne, Next To You, Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic and Every Breath You Take, along with solo hits Englishman in New York, Fragile, Russians, If I Ever Lose My Faith in You, Fields of Gold and Desert Rose

Ticket sales for the general public for the Tampa show begin March 29 at 10 a.m. and are available through the Ford Amphitheatre Box Office, or charge-by-phone: 800-745-3000. American Express cardmembers have the exclusive opportunity to purchase advance tickets from Wednesday, March 17 at 10 a.m. through Tuesday, March 23 at 10 p.m. Ticketmaster has prices listed at $21 to $151.
