Van Halen postpones summer concert dates amid reports of fighting
Just when everything seemed to be going great for Diamond Dave, Eddie and the boys, we hear this: Van Halen is postponing some dates on its summer concert tour. If you tickets for a show after June 26, this means you.
The cancellations include shows in Milwaukee, Detroit, Cleveland, Salt Lake City and El Paso. (The band already has swung through Florida, so no further shows were expected here.)
Rolling Stone says unnamed sources are telling the magazine that the group's members "hate each other" and that "the band is arguing like mad. They are fighting."
Eddie Van Halen's struggles with alcohol have led to fights within the band throughout the history of the band, but reports were that he was happy and sober this go-round.
