Our favorite '80s actor once owned this swanky unit on Chicago's Gold Coast, and now it's for sale for a thrifty $1.15 million. According to NBC Chicago, it has 2,600 square feet and 31 floor-to-ceiling windows. Among other features:

It sits on the top floor of the 56-story Elysees Condominium building.

• The building has an outdoor pool, sundeck, party room, sauna and fitness center
• Cusack's unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
• Even if you can afford the mortgage, beware of the monthly homeowner association fee: about $1,744 per month.
