Win two tickets to the Back to the '80s Charity Bash
April is Autism Awareness Month, so what better way to raise awareness than throwing a Back to the '80s Charity Bash?
The official Stuck in the '80s cover band, Rubix Cubed, is teaming up with local radio personality Corey Dylan, formerly the morning voice of our favorite/now defunct '80s radio station 101.5 the Point, to benefit The Jacob’s Touch Foundation.
Jacob's Touch is a non-profit 501(c)(3), community-based organization in the Tampa Bay area that provides care to families with children on the autistic spectrum. Jacob's Touch serves as a resource and also provides care through referral services, grants for therapy and medical services, and education.
So that means it's costume time: Grab your raybans and parachute pants and grab your tickets here. The Back to the '80s Bash is Friday, April 13, from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the Tampa Yacht Club (5320 Interbay Blvd, Tampa). For $55 you get valet parking, food, drinks (adult and otherwise), silent auction, totally awesome fun and music by the Southeast’s biggest '80s band Rubix Cubed. All for a so very charitable cause!
Of course, because Rubix Cubed is the official cover band of Stuck in the '80s, we're giving away TWO FREE TICKETS to the Back to the '80s Bash. To enter, you have to go to our official Facebook page and leave a comment there that answers the following question: Which MTV veeJay appears in David Bowie's video for the song Fashion? Deadline to enter is Friday, April 6, at noon Eastern time. We'll pick a winner randomly from the correct submissions.
