More Canadian rock in the '80s: The Headpins 'Just One More Time'

In my kitchen, chili tastes just as good on the second day, so after yesterday’s tasty Chilliwack, we reheat up some good Canadian rock with The Headpins and Just One More Time.

In 1983, Chiliwack guitarist Brian MacLeod and bassist Ab Bryant formed a side project called The Headpins with Darby Mills taking female lead vocals. The leadoff single was Just One More Time and peaked at No. 70 at the beginning of 1984.

Though we love this video, Lost and Found does not condone throwing a stick of dynamite at your cheating ex-boyfriends car. The Headpins ended up recording three albums and still performs minus MacLeod who died of cancer in 1992.
