Ethics complaint nets $150 fine

The Florida Ethics Commission levied a $150 fine against former Port Richey City Council member Jim Priest on Friday.

Priest had failed to file his financial disclosure forms when he was on the city’s code enforcement board, zoning board and the council. He lost in the 2006 election.
