Hillsborough commissioners to set goals for the year

TAMPA -- Hillsborough County commissioners meet Thursday for their annual deep-thinking session.

During the retreat, or goal-setting session, commissioners typically discuss broad priorities for the year while assessing how well they did last year. There are usually a few laughs as well during what is a more laid-back chat session than your typical commission meeting.
