Scott Wagman wants you to give him $9
ST. PETERSBURG- Mayoral hopeful Scott Wagman is rallying to collect as many donations as he can this week before the first round of campaign finance reports are due.
Here's an e-mail his campaign sent out this week. The errors are his, not ours.
March 31st is more than the day before April Fool’s it’s a critically important day for our campaign.
On that day we must report our fundraising total for the first quarter of 2009 – demonstrating the strength of the campaign so far.
We also want to report that hundreds of St. Petersburg folks have looked at our campaign and want our next Mayor to have the chief executive experience needed to lead our city through the tough times we are going to face in the next couple of years. Scott Wagman is the only one qualified to do that.
We are running a serious grassroots-based campaign and want you to help us demonstrate the worth of the grassroots when we report on March 31st .
Please help now by making a contribution of $9.00 (2009; get it?). Donate here.
We know the strength and commitment of Scott as our next Mayor. Show him your commitment for change – not politics of the past. Donate today.
Thank you,
Mitch Kates, Manager
