After a long, dry spell, Kenneth City Council Decides to Hold Workshops Again

KENNETH CITY -- During the past couple of years, it seemed nothing was happening in this town. Or at least nothing that council members needed to discuss in public. They seldom held workshops.

That's changed with the election of Mayor Pro Tem Teresa Zemaitis. Zemaitis has scheduled a workshop for 7:30 p.m. Monday and the agenda is a long one covering everything from concerts in the park, to the community hall roof, to trash pickup, to Lake Lori, community hall rentals, building permits and business tax receipts.

The workshop, which is open to the public, will be in the Community 4600 58th St. N.
