Scott Wagman: State is infringing on free speech rights
ST. PETERSBURG -- Mayoral candidate Scott Wagman has a new spin on his controversial Google advertisements.
"We think this is a huge infringement on First Amendment rights, freedom of speech," he said in an interview this week with News Channel 8, Tampa's NBC affiliate.
