Scott Wagman moves to downtown St. Pete

ST. PETERSBURG -- One-time mayoral candidate Scott Wagman and his wife Beth Houghton are joining the growing ranks of downtown dwellers.

Wagman and his wife recently bought a unit in Ovation, the luxurious condo highrise at 180 Beach Dr. NE, for a cool $2.45 million. When asked about the purchase, the millionaire philanthropist and business executive said he was surprised Bay Buzz still cared.
