U.S. Rep. C.W. Bill Young, R-Indian Shores, has released his second TV ad, this one focusing on spending, for his re-election bid against state Sen. Charlie Justice, D-St. Petersburg.

The congressman known for lots of earmarks highlights his opposition to the bank bailout and Obama's healthcare legislation and other spending issues. The ad features former St. Petersburg mayor Rick Baker, saying, "He's an ordinary guy."

That's part of an ad slogan: "He's an ordinary guy doing extraordinary things."
