Cell phone tower opponents vow to fight Frank
State Democratic party leaders consider Stacy Frank, a candidate in the District 57 state House race, one of their greatest hopes for taking a seat away from the GOP. But Frank is facing opposition from people in her district who object to her work building cell phone towers. They say they'll do whatever it takes to fight her election.
Frank says she's not worried. "If I simply fold my tent because four or five people don't like me, I don't have any business thinking about going to Tallahassee," she said. Ultimately, she said, voters will care more about her goals as a lawmaker than the towers.
