Dubov kicking off campaign Thursday
Pinellas County Property Appraiser Pam Dubov will kick off her campaign with a fundraiser Thursday.
Dubov, a Republican elected in 2008, will have a 5:30 p.m. fund-raiser at the Sheraton Sand Key.
She is the only candidate so far.
