Residents have lots of ways to weigh in on Hillsborough County's proposed budget. But one of the ones that matters most is tonight's 6 p.m. public hearing because its the last one before commissioners start making real decisions on their spending plan next week. And it's in a different, more centralized location than normal, the Florida State Fairgrounds, Special Events Center West, 4800 US Hwy 301.
