Mayor Foster's transparent City Hall?
ST. PETERSBURG -- Mayor Bill Foster said his City Hall would be more transparent.
But not only has Foster been mum on his policy plans, now housing director Joshua Johnson says he was told he can no longer give interviews without his boss' consent.
Johnson said new boss Goliath Davis, recently appointed community enrichment senior administrator under Foster, told him all media interviews must go through Davis.
Under previous Mayor Rick Baker, Johnson, who then answered to former Deputy Mayor David Metz, regularly spoke with the press.
Davis could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday.
