With executive director Tim Garling resigning, the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority will meet Wednesday to tap an interim chief.

The choice: Denise Skinner, the PSTA director of transportation. The PSTA executive board met Friday and agreed to support Garling's recommendation of her, said County Commissioner Ken Welch, a board member.
