Republican state Senate hopeful Rob Wallace will hold his official campaign kickoff and fundraiser Saturday (March 24). Wallace, a former state representative, is challenging fellow Republican Jim Norman for the District 15 state Senate seat. The campaign "party" will be from 2 p.m.  to 4 p.m. at the Keystone Recreation Center, 17928 Gunn Highway, in Odessa.
