USF, UF, what's the difference?
This tidbit too from Wednesday's Pinellas Park/Gateway chamber breakfast: State Rep. Janet Long, D-Seminole, talked about the need to provide safeguards to make sure data governments collect about citizens can't be breached like the recent one at "USF."
But state Sen. Charlie Justice, D-St. Petersburg, rushed to the defense of his alma mater. The breach, he pointed out, was at UF.
Justice did agree that some things should be kept secret: "As a proud USF grad, I don't want anyone to see my transcript."
