Wengay Newton says he has the answer to the BayWalk problem
ST. PETERSBURG -- City Council member Wengay Newton says he still won't vote to give the sidewalk fronting BayWalk to its owners at Thursday's council meeting.
His solution?
"Everybody that is emailing and calling and writing us, please go down there and spend money at those businesses right now. That’s how they will stay open," he said.
