Is the new pier design what City Council approved?
When the St. Petersburg City Council voted to approve a $5.2 million contract with the architects of the new Pier project, the drawings of the iconic building looked different than they do now.
At the time, Rogers Partners Architects+Urban Designers and ASD said the design would be refined. On Thursday, the architects showed just how refined they were, unveiling a new set of schematics.
Did the architects stay true to their original vision?
