Scott appoints two to expressway authority
Gov. Rick Scott announced two appointments to the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority Tuesday.
The two appointees are Vincent Cassidy, chief executive officer of Majestic Title Services, and Rebecca Smith, president of building contractor A.D. Morgan Corp. Cassidy is replacing developer Donald Phillips. Smith is being reappointed and has served on the seven-member board since 2009.
