Grandmother can see kids but not at Lutz nudist resort

Suzzane Jonas will be allowed to visit with her two granddaughters, who are in state care after their mother lost custody because of criminal troubles. But the children can't come to grandma's house in Lake Como nudist resort in Lutz, a judge ruled Wednesday.  According to the St. Petersburg Times, Circuit Judge Linda Babb said that because the girls are in state custody, visitations should occur outside the clothing-optional resort, said Erich Schuttauf, attorney for Jonas and executive director of the American Association for Nude Recreation. "We are disappointed with that," Schuttauf said. "The grandmother has a good home to offer there, and this is a place that they have gone to since they were born." The girls, ages 3 and 5, are staying with a state-approved caregiver, he said.
