Kicked out of House and house
An affair got Tim Mahoney kicked out of Congress by voters this fall. Now a judge has kicked him out of his Cayman Place house, at least during the day, according to TCPalm.
The judge has given the ex-rep’s wife exclusive use of their Palm Beach Gardens home during the day as divorce proceedings continue.
Terry Mahoney filed for divorce on Oct. 20, a week after it was reported Mahoney paid Patricia Allen of Hobe Sound, a former staffer with whom he was romantically linked, $121,000 out of his own pocket to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit Allen threatened.
