7-year-olds shouldn't feed 6-foot iguanas
The Oakland Park girl was giving the critter strawberries in her back yard when she thought it was going to lick her feet. Instead, it chomped Madison’s foot. She had to get 23 stitches and soon will have surgery to repair tendons.
Her mother, Michelle Yurko, told SunSentinel.com that she called police, animal control, and wildlife officials, but none of them were able trap the animal.
