Does it take a miracle to sell a house?
Yeah, it may seem like it takes a miracle to sell a home in this market. And jacksonville.com has discovered that some home sellers in northeast Florida have resorted to burying statues of St. Joseph in their yards to bring in sales.
In fact, there is a “St. Joseph the Worker Home Sellers Kit.”
The kit, which costs $9.95, has instructions and a 4-inch statue.
