Hurricane glass foils bank robbery

Florida sure has its share of inept bank robbers. This time, two men tried to break into a Ponte Vedra Beach bank by smashing a glass door, firstcoastnews.com reports.

They threw bricks and the door and some windows, but couldn't break the hurricane glass, so they finally gave up. However, videocameras captured the incident, though they are still at large.

Which makes them luckier than the guys who did manage to break into a school in Boynton Beach. Cops showed up with a police dog shortly after the alarm went off, and all three were captured (with one suffering some dog bites), palmbeachpost.com reports. It appears that all they managed to steal was a single light bulb.
