Think it's the offseason?
Tell that to the dozens of Bucs who will attend the spring's first OTA session today, essentially a "voluntary" full-squad practice.
The NFL is requiring that teams periodically open the sessions to the media, so we'll get a glimpse today and let you know what we learn.
As far as attendance, we don't expect Chris Simms to be there after skipping conditioning drills the past month. Also, Brian Griese possibly won't be there, but that has to do with an obligation to his charity foundation.
