Report: Talib and Boyd fight at symposium

Bucs first-round draft pick CB Aqib Talib and fellow rookie RB Cory Boyd got into a fight  during a seminar at the NFL Rookie Symposium, according to a report by ProFootballTalk.com.

According to the article, the altercation apparently took place during a session on finances, but the two were seen jawing at each other throughout the symposium, which began Sunday in Carlsbad, Calif.

The symposium is attended by over 250 rookies with the intent on teaching them how to develop life skills like financial planning and getting adjusted to life as a professional.

Both rookies had issues in college, with, according to reports, Talib suspended for two games while at Kansas. Boyd was suspended for a year at South Carolina for disciplinary reasons.

Bucs coach Jon Gruden has had high praise for Talib during recent workouts, calling him the future "face of the franchise."

Through a spokesperson, the Bucs declined comment Thursday morning.

Stay tuned if more information becomes available.
