Bucs catch a break vs. Raiders
The Bucs are preparing for kickoff against the Raiders here at Raymond James Stadium in a game that will partly determine their postseason fate.
As it turns out, they caught a break: CB Nnamdi Asomugha, the Raiders best player, is out with a neck injury today, sidelining a player who is renowned for taking away opponents' best receivers.
In other lineup news, LB Derrick Brooks will play for the Bucs despite his hamstring and ribs injuries, but no one's surprised by that.
It'll be an interesting day if the Bucs win this one. As you know, they need a Cowboys loss at Philadelphia to sneak into the playoffs, where they'd be locked into a matchup with the NFC North champion, either the Vikings or Bears. It'll all get sorted out by day's end and we'll be here throughout.
